200 feet of the boundary of property described as Lots 8, 9, 10
of Block 10, Lincoln Park Addition to Pulaski Heights, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
The property which is sought to be zoned is Lots 8, 9, 10 of
Block 10 and is owned by John Fulbright and A. J. Fulbright,
Jr.
Notice is hereby given that an application for rezoning of the -
above described property requesting a change of zone classification
from "D," apartment, to "E-1," quiet business, by amendment of the
Little Rock Code of Ordinances (Chapter 43), has been filed with
the Planning Commission of Little Rock, City Hall. A public hear-
ing on said petition by this Commission will be held in the Board
of Directors' Chamber, City Hall on January 6, 1972, at 2:00 p.m.
All parties in interest may be heard at said time and place or may
notify the Commission by letter of their views of this matter.
The rules of the Little Rock Planning Commission require that the
