The Staff's recommendation was read as follows: "The staff recommends approval of
this application. This rezoning would permit an expansion of a nursing home which
is contemplated. A "D" -Apartment tract lies adjacent on the west, ''E -1-A" adjacent
on the north, and vacant land adjoining on the south. "E -1-A" zoning would have
no adverse affect on adjacent properties."
There were no objectors.
This application is an extension of Presbyterian Village.
