(3 ayes - 0 noes - 1 absent) Staff Recommendation: This application is the result of a violation investigation by the Code Enforcement Division. The Staff recommends denial of this application in part. This property was involved in a sign variance request in December, 1972, at which time the Board approved the pole sign with 2 inserts at 2x2 ft. At that time there was one building mounted nameplate. The proposal at this time is the addition of a third panel 2x2 ft. on the pole sign for a total sign area of 12 sq. ft., plus 2 small signs 2x3 ft. freestanding at 12 sq. ft. total, plus other existing wall mounted signs.
