Dedication of this right-of-way will be a requirement upon development of the site. ANALYSIS The staff review suggests that the application is entirely appropriate. The only reservation we have concerns platting small lots. If this platting takes place, we do not feel that a good development will result. STAFF RECOMMENDATION The staff recommends approval of the request. COMMISSION ACTION There were no objectors present and no letters of objection submitted. The applicant could not attend the meeting and no one represented the request. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the application as filed. The vote: 9 ayes, 0 noes, 2 absent.
