required by Act 186 of the 1957 Acts of Arkansas and Section 23 of said Ordinance, and that
notice of preliminary hearing before the Commission (PC -18) must be circulated by the applicant
to all other parties in interest, including owners of land within 200 feet of the boundary of
the area under consideration as required by the rules of the Commission, and that the cost of
these notices shall be borne by the applicant.

The Staff's recommendation was read as follows: "This small tract is a remnant remain-
ing from the Third Street curve project which the City desires to dispose of. hup to
its location and adjacent land development and zoning the most practical use Qf the
land is for higher density residential. The Staff recommends the property be rezoned
to "E" -Apartment District."
Captain Sam Williamson, who owns property at 212 South Park Street, was present to
secure information as to future plans for this area. Mr. Venhaus-suggested that he
contact the Staff who could answer his questions.
A motion was made for approval, which was seconded and passed.

to January 20, 1971 @ 8:00 A. M. as to the property lying within
200 feet of Part of Lots 1, 29 39 10 and 11, Block 3, PLUNKETT'S
SECOND ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more partic-
ularly described on sheet attached. We find that the property
described on the attached sheet lies within 200 feet of the subject
property and that the names set out opposite the descriptions there-
on are the last apparent owners of record of said property. We do
not certify as to validity of title.
