City Attorney, was requested by the Commission to act as temporary Chairman for the purpose of election of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commission for 1971. The election was held and Messrs. McLean and Walker were re -appointed Chairman and Vice Chairman respectively for the ensuing year. A quorum was present, and the meeting was called to order by the newly elected Chairman. A motion was made for approval of the minutes of December 3,1970 as mailed, which was seconded and passed.
