The Staff's recommendation was read as follows: "The Staff recommends approval of
this application. This parcel is a part of the Baptist Hospital Complex to be
developed to the west. Hospital property adjacent on the north is zoned "F" -
Commercial. This tract will provide better frontage and access to Barrow Road from
the Hospital development."
Mr. Sam Reynolds, realtor, was present representing the Baptist Medical Center.
