Eagle owns a tract of land at the Southwest corner of the intersection of John Barrow Road and Kanis Road. This tract is approximately 300 feet wide along Kanis Road and runs 505 feet deep on John Barrow Road. It does not in- clude, however, the site of the Black Angus'Restaurant. The bulk of this tract is zoned "F" Commercial. However, the westernmost 67 feet of this tract is not presently zoned. Eagle wishes to bring this tract into conformity with the remainder of the tract. Consequently, they are asking the Planning Commission and the City Board of Di- rectors to approve a rezoning of the strip. In other words, at 3:30 on Thursday, November 5, 1970, Eagle will ask the Planning Commission to zone, as commercial, a strip of ground 67 feet wide, commencing 158 feet from John Barrow Road on Kanis Road. This 67 foot strip extends back from Kanis Road to the South a distance of approximately 525 feet. If you wish to object to this rezoning, you may make your wishes known in writing to the Planning Commis- sion or you may appear at the hearing.
