These values are within the permissible transmitted power for PCS channels as determined by the FCC. Cricket's radio equipment manufacturer has stated the equipment meets FCC requirements and is certified to operate in the PCS bands. Cricket will be operating the equipment at the above facility within the FCC's licensed limits and per the manufacturer's guidelines.
