4 ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of the Central
10 Arkansas Library System Board of Trustees:
11 Stacey McAdoo,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
12 2022.
13 Marian Berry, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
14 31,2022.
