This larger store would fulfill those needs. 2. COMPATIBILITY WITH MUNICIPAL PLAN Although no plan exists for the area, the past actions of the City suggest commercial is appropriate and compatible with the area. 3. EFFECT ON ENVIRONS This lot is surrounded by commercial zoned and used land. No affect should be,experienced. 4. NEIGHBORHOOD POSITION None,expressed at this writing. 5. PUBLIC SERVICES/EFFECT ON None. 6, UTILITIES/EFFECT ON None. 7, EFFECT ON PUBLIC FINANCES None. 8 LEGAL CONSIDERATION Reasonableness.
