of general circulation in the City will be handled by the Secretary of the Board of Adjust-

Secretary of the Board of Adjustment at the time the proof of publication is submitted to him.

Dear Jim:
Please find enclosed herein three copies each of the preliminary site plan and building
elevation as requested relative to a height waiver on a building to be located on property
west of the Interstate 430 and Interstate 630 interchange in western Little Rock.
We are making this height waiver request on behalf of our client, Evergreen Properties,
for the initial office tower building. The building as envisioned and shown on the
preliminary architectural drawing and preliminary site plan would be fifteen stories
and would be approximately 200' in height and no more than 230' with approximately
120,000 gross square feet of space excluding mechanical space. Parking initially for
approximately 350 cars would be accommodated on the northern portion of the tract.
Also enclosed herein is the $25.00 application fee.

Relative to I-430, 630 Evergreen Property site, we request on behalf of
our client to defer action on the height waiver of the proposed fifteen
story office building for sixty days because of the possible realignment
of the Wilbur Mills Freeway -Markham Parkway Connector .
