We are making this height waiver request on behalf of our client, Evergreen Properties, for the initial office tower building. The building as envisioned and shown on the preliminary architectural drawing and preliminary site plan would be fifteen stories and would be approximately 200' in height and no more than 230' with approximately 120,000 gross square feet of space excluding mechanical space. Parking initially for approximately 350 cars would be accommodated on the northern portion of the tract. Also enclosed herein is the $25.00 application fee.
