Application is hereby made to your Board pursuant to Arkansas Statutes 19-2816 and
Section 18-8 0£ the Little Rock Zoning Ordinance 01o. 5420) as amended, relative to

The_ applicant feels that a strict enforcement of these provisions would be a hardship
because: * the present home is too small for applicant's family and
applicant is unable to afford a sale of his home and purchase of a new
one.
A list of the names and addresses of the owners of adjacent properties described below
is included herewith.
It is understood that notice of the public hearing hereon (Form 1N) must be circulated
by the applicant to all other parties in int rest, including owners of land within 140
feet of the boundary of the above described property, and that szch notice shall also
be published in a daily newspaper as required by said ordinance and the rules of the
Board and that the cost of these notices and the cost of the stipulated filing fee
shall be borne by the applicant.

NOTE: Thds application is for a VARIANCE from the zoning requirements based on ex-
treme hardship caused by unusual characteristics of the above described property.
The Board does not have the power to change the zone classification of the proper-
ty. The Board does not have the power to change the zone classification of the
property nor to make any change in the regulations of the ordinance.
INSTRUCTIONS:
(a) Type or print three applications Form 1A.
(b) Attach two copies of site plan certified by a registered Engineer or Architect
showing existing end proposed improvements on the lot with all dimensions.
(c) Pay filing fee in Office of City Calector and file above papers with Secretary
of Board of Adjustment, Room 312 City Hall at least 12 days prior to hearing.
(d) Circulate Notice of Hearing Form IN and return it prior to the hearing
