Little Rock, Arkansas
In response to your question concerning the 35 foot height limitation
as it applys to the sign pylons: Please be advised that this division
will issue the construction permit if the applicant will submit a
letter stating that he will comply with the codes involved and will file
a Board of Adjustment application for height waiver for pylons.

contact Mr. Richard Wood in the Planning Division.
