the boundary of the above described property, and that such notice shall also be published
in a daily newspaper as required by said ordinance and the rules of the Board and that the
cost of these notices and the cost of the stipulated filing fee shall be borne by the
applicant.

*NOTE: This application is for a VARIANCE from the zoning requirements based on extreme
hardship caused by unusual characteristics of the above described property. The Board
does not have the power to change the zone classification of the property nor to make any
change in the regulations of the ordinance.
INSTRUCTIONS:
(a) Type or print three applications - From PC#27
(b) Attach three copies of the site plan, certified by a registered engineer showing
existing and proposed improvements on the lot with all dimensions.
(c) Pay filing fee in Office of City Collector and file above papers with the
Secretary of the Board of Adjustment, Room 304, City Hall at least 12 days prior
to hearing.
(d) Circulate Notice of Hearing, From, and return it at least 3 days prior to the
hearing.

Variance: Requests a Variance from the Side Yard Provisions
of Section 43-12 of the Code of Ordinances and
Section 11 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an
addition to an existing structure.
Mr. Stolzer was present. These were no objectors. The Staff could have approved
this application for a building permit except for the fact that the proposed addition
to the existing structure is within the setback area one foot. A motion was made
that this Variance be approved which was seconded and passed unanimously.
