4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9458: Described as Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 6,Block 9, Hick's Interurban Addition to
12 the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas: From R-2,Single Family District,
13 to R-4, Two-Family District (northeast corner of West 20th Street and Aldersgate
14 Road).
15 Section 2. That the zoning of the above described property is subject to the following condition which
16 was proposed by the applicant for the property described in Section 1 of this ordinance and which shall be
17 covenants running with the land to bind subsequent grantees of the property: There will be no direct
18 vehicular access from Aldersgate Road to any of the six (6) lots. All vehicular access will be from West
19 20`I'Street via the platted alley right-of-way along the east property line.
20 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
21 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
22 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
23 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
27 ordinance.
28 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
