That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: 11 Z-9449: Described as part of the SW '/4 SE 1/4 Section 15, T-1-N, R-14-W, Pulaski 12 County, Arkansas, more particularly described as; Part of the SW 1/4 SE V4 Section 13 15,T-1-N,R-14-W Beginning at the southwest Corner of said SW%SE A;N05°23'W 14 along the west line SW '/4 SE '/4 247.54'; thence N83°33'E 207.23'; thence S05°23'E 15 269.70'; thence S89°40'W 208.0' to the Point of Beginning. Subject to rights-of-way 16 for Beauchamp Road and Lawson Road. Utility easements along both roads: From 17 R-2,Single-Family District,to C-3,General Commercial District(northeast corner of 18 Lawson Road and Beauchamp Road). 19 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock 20 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect 21 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 22 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 23 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 24 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 25 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 26 ordinance. 27 Section 4. Repealer.
