That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from Revised 14 PCD, Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD, Planned Commercial Development: 15 Z-6323-AA: Part of Section 36, Township 2 North, Range 14 West, Little Rock, 16 Pulaski County, Arkansas, including all of Tract B and Part of Lot 4,The Village at 17 Rahling Road,an addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas,being 18 shown on Nat recorded as Plat No.F-336,Records of Pulaski County,Arkansas. 19 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 20 Rock Planning Commission. 21 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the Village at Rahling Road Lot 22 4 Revised Long-Form PCD, located at the southeast corner of Chenal Parkway and Rahling Road(Z-6323- 23 AA), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article 24 VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 25 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 26 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 27 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 28 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 29 Section 6. Severability.
