4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9450: Described as part of the S'/2 of Section 5,Township 1 South,Range 13 West,
12 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
13 Commencing at the northwest comer of Lot 1,Otter Creek Plaza, an addition to the
14 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, said corner lying on the east right-of-way line of
15 Arkansas State Hwy.No.5,(Stagecoach Road);thence northerly along said east right-
16 of-way line the following: (1) North 15 degrees 35 minutes 51 seconds East, 238.00
17 feet; (2) North 22 degrees 22 minutes 09 seconds East, 104.40 feet; (3) North 24
18 degrees 01 minutes 58 seconds East, 148.95 feet; (4) North 88 degrees 43 minutes 00
19 seconds West, 10.87 feet and North 23 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds East 192.01 feet
20 to the point of beginning; thence North 24 degrees 28 minutes 39 seconds east
21 continuing along said east right-of-way line, 421.75 feet; thence South
22 84 degrees 13 minutes 08 seconds East, 517.26 feet; thence South 08 degrees 27
23 minutes 13 seconds West 528.72 feet; thence North 88 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds

31 Section 2.That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
32 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
33 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

1 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
5 ordinance.
6 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
7 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
