On August 1, 2019, at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved
your request for annexation (A-335 AluChem Annexation) and your zoning
request (Z-9432, AluChem Planned Industrial Development District) located at
10500 Arch Street Pike.
This matter has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This
letter is to inform you that the item will be heard at the September 3, 2019 Little
Rock City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor City Hall, 500 West Markham
Street, and the meeting starts at 6 P.M. This is a public hearing, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
opposition to your request. Please be prepared to answer questions if they arise.
