Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 18 acres plus or minus in size, east of Arch Street
Pike, hear the Dixon Road intersection (10500 Arch Street Pike.) The area is not currently
zoned. There is an existing industrial business (AluChem) on the site. No changes in use of the
property are proposed just expansion of the existing use. If there are no issues or concerns with
