3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN
4 AN AGREEMENT WITH SCHAFER CONSULTING, INC. FOR
5 SOFTWARE CONSULTING SERVICES; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, the City proposes to acquire financial, human resource or other
9 software;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign an agreement with
13 Schafer Consulting, Inc. for software consulting services in an amount not to exceed
14 Three Hundred Sixty -nine Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy -five and no /100 Dollars
15 ($369,375.00).
16 Section 2. Funding for the project will be included in 2006 Short -Term Financing
17 Obligations.
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
