HomeMy WebLinkAbout15008 1111111111111111111111111111111111111 2019034692 PRESENTED:01-06-2019 08:26:14 AM RECORDED:06-06-2019 08:49:30 AM In Official Records of Terri Hollingsworth Circuit/County Clerk PULASKI CO,AR FEE$15.00 1 RESOLUTION NO. 15,008 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A REVISED CONDITIONAL USE 4 PERMIT TO ALLOW REVISIONS TO AN EXISTING PRAYER 5 GARDEN USE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2700 BROWN 6 STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (Z-9291-A); AND FOR OTHER 7 PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, an application was filed with the Little Rock Planning Commission for a revised 10 Conditional Use Permit to allow revisions to an existing prayer garden use on the property located at 2700 11 Brown Street; and, 12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its March 28, 2019, meeting, denied the Use Permit application with a vote 2 ayes, 7 nays and 2 absent; and, revised Conditional pp y y 14 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Board of Directors has determined that action to be inappropriate. 15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 17 Section 1. A revised Conditional Use Permit to allow an existing prayer garden use on property at 18 2700 Brown Street, Little Rock,Arkansas(Z-9291-A) in hereby approved. 2. Severability. In the event anytitle, section, paragraph, item sentence, clause, phrase, or 19 SectionS ty 20 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 23 ordinance. 24 Section 3. Repealer.
