HINTON FOR OTHER WHEREAS, the City has created a Neighborhood Resource Center, that is used by various community groups and is a focal point of activity and interaction within the City of Little Rock, and WHEREAS, Director Willie L. Hinton, the elected representative from Ward 2 to the Little Rock Board of Directors, was instrumental in pursuing the development of the Center and in seeing that it operates successfully, and WHEREAS, this dedication by Director Hinton is something the Board of Directors believes should be memorialized for future generations, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. From and after April 5, 2005, the Neighborhood Resource Center shall be officially known as the Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center. Section 2. The City Manager is directed to arrange for appropriate signage for the facility, and to assure that references in City publications properly identify the facility. Section 3. In naming this facility after Director Willie L.
