3 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO LASITER
4 CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CAYLOR LANE
s (CHICOT TO EVA) PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of Caylor Lane (Chicot to
s Eva), Bid No. 05 -255; and
9 WHEREAS, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
1 i THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Lasiter Construction, Inc. for Street Reconstruction Improvements to Caylor Lane
14 (Chicot to Eva).
15 Section 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account
16 314 - 220 -SR11. Amount for construction services: $446,637.95 ($406,034.50 plus 10%
17 contingencies).
18 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
19 of its adoption.
