Dear Mr. Daters:
On March 14, 2019, at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved your request for
annexation (A -334, Potlatch- Deltic 2019 HWY 10 Annexation) along the south side of Highway
10 in the 20200 — 2100 Blocks of Highway 10 to the City of Little Rock.
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. We have asked that the
item be placed on the April 16, 2019 agenda of the Little Rock City Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, and
starts at 6:00 PM. This is a public meeting, and you are encouraged to attend. Other interested
parties are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to the annexation. Please be prepared to
answer questions if they arise.
