Dear Mr. Daters:
Your application for annexation has been received by our office and placed on the March 14,
2019 Planning Commission Hearing. This hearing starts at 4:00 PM and takes place in the City
Board Chambers, second floor City Hall, 500 West Markham. We must have a copy of the of
the Signed Judge's Order prior to sending this to the Board of Directors for consideration and
we must have the Date of the Hearing to sign that Order prior to the Planning Commission
hearing the annexation request.
The City will be contacting both outside and internal agencies for comment on the proposed
annexation. These comments will be included in the materials presented to the Little Rock
Panning Commission in March. If you have additional information, which you wish the City to
include in our review and analysis of your request, please forward it to us as soon as possible.
At the hearing not only will you have the opportunity to explain your request for annexation, but
also others will have the opportunity to give reasons why the City should of should not accept
this annexation.
After the Planning Commission meeting you will receive correspondence on the next step in the
