PETITION FOR ANNEXATION
Comes the Petitioner, the undersigned property owner, and state that it is the owner of all
the property hereinafter described and proposed to be annexed and respectfully petitions the Court
that said lands hereinafter described be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and in support of said petition states:
1. Legal Description:
PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
A PART OF THE SE1/4 NE1/4 OF SECTION 16, T-2-N, R-14-W, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING
AT THE SOUTFMAST CORNER OF THE SAID SE1/4 NE1/4; TFIENC E, N88°30'45 "W
AI.ONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID SE1/4 NE1/4, A DISTANCE OF 939.47 FEET;
THENCE N01°30'47 "E, A DISTANCE OF 758.84 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OIL ARKANSAS STATE HWY. # 10; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
SAID SOUTH RIGHT OF -WAY LINE THE FOLLOWING COURSES: (1) S78 °21 '20 "E, 88.21
FEET; (2) S68°04'35 "E, 131.00 FEET; (3) S82°38'11 "E, 147.46 FEET; (4) S70°06'01 "E, 162.90
FEET; (5) SO4°0121 "E, 22.24 FEET; (6) S62018'11 "E, 222.00 FEET; (7) 572004'45 "E, 215.65
FEET; AND (8) S79°33'22"E,20.61 FEET TO A POINT ON TIME LAST LINE OF THE SAID
SE1/4 NE1/4; 11 -MNCE. S01°30'47"W ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 446.60
FT. T0 THE .POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 13.2632 ACRE MORE OR LESS.
2. That attached hereto and inade a part hereof as Exhibit "A" is an accurate map, which
reflects the bounds of all land sought to be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
3. That the land described above and sought to be annexed to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, is contiguous to and adjoins an already established boundary of the City
of Little Rock and will not create an enclave if annexed as is shown on the map referred to above,
which is further verified by a certificate of a licensed engineer attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit "B".

4. Petitioner is the sole owner of real estate affected by this petition (the lands described
above) and Petitioner owns all of the acreage affected, which is verified by a certificate of a licensed
abstractor attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "C".
5. The schedule of services that the annexing city will extend to the area within three (3)
years of annexation is as follows:
a. Police protection,
b. Fire protection,
c. Maintenance of public streets, and
d. Connection to sanitary sewer service provided by Little Rock Water Reclamation
Authority.
6. In accordance with Ark. Code Arai. § 14-40-101, Petitioner has coordinated with the
Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Office in the preparation of the property description
above and the attached Exhibit "A ". A copy of the letter from the Arkansas Geographic
Information Systems Office acknowledging proper coordination is attached as Exhibit "D ".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this court, acting pursuant to Ark Code Ann. § 14-40-
609, enter its order annexing the area and territory described in this Petition to the incorporated
limits of the City of Little Rock, and for all other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
