ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID SE1/4 NE1/4;
THENCE N88°30'45 "W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID SE1/4
NE1 /4, A DISTANCE OF 939.47 FEET; THENCE N01°30'47 "E, A DISTANCE
OF 758.84 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT- OF-WAY LINE OF
ARKANSAS STATE HWY. # 10; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE THE FOLLOWING COURSES: (1) S78°21'20 "E, 88.21
FEET; (2) S68°04'35 "E, 131.00 FEET; (3) S82°38'11 "E, 147.46 FEET; (4)
S70°06'01 "E, 162.90 FEET; (5) S04°01'21 "E, 22.24 FEET; (6) S62°18'11 "E, 222.00
FEET; (7) S72°04'45 "E, 215.65 FEET; AND (8) S79°33'22 "E, 20.61 FEET TO A
POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF THE SAID SE1/4 NE1/4; THENCE
S01°30'47 "W ALONG SAID EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 446.60 FT. TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING and ABUTTING DEDICATED PUBLIC
ROADS AND RIGHTS OF WAY. IN ALL, CONTAINING 16.9132 ACRES
MORE OR LESS.
ORDER A- PPROVING ANNEXATION AS TO FORM
On the 27th day of Feb., 2019, the Court finds that said Petition is in proper legal form as
defined in A.C.A. §14-40-609, that the Petition is complete and accurate, that the allegations
contained in the Petition are true and correct, that the annexation will not create enclaves, that the
limits of the territory to be annexed have been accurately shown on the map with the legal
description shown thereon which reap was filed with the Petition, that the Petition contains a
schedule of services, that the prayer of the Petition is proper and should be granted and that ail
requirements of law for entry of an Order approving said Petition as to form have been met. It is
also determined by that this Court that the city shall also annex the abutting dedicated public roads
and rights of way, as reflected in the above legal description, should it determine to annex the lands
described herein.
IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition,
along with this Order, be forwarded to the City Board of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for their
consideration.
