RE: Highway 10 Annexation
Mr. Malone,
PotlatchDeltic wishes to annex 13.2632 acres to the City of Little Rock. The area to be annexed
is adjacent to the existing corporate boundary of the City of Little Rock and is entirely within the
City of Little Rock's Extraterritorial Planning Jurisdiction.
I have included;
1. A map of the annexation with legal description
2. A copy of Arkansas GIS Coordination confirmation
3. A copy of the Petition
4. A check in the amount of $250 for the filing fee
This petition has been presented to Judge Hyde, and we anticipate receiving his Order shortly.
We will forward you a copy when we receive it. Please place this on the agenda for the March
14th, 2019 Planning Commission meeting.
