3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN GRIEVENCE COMMITTEE:
12 Stephanie Martin, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year Service Provider term, said term to
13 expire on July 6,2023.
14 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
15 Laura Gocio, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Ward 3 Representative term, said term to
16 expire on October 19,2021.
17 ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION:
18 Charles Cliett,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year Cultural Institution term, said term to expire
19 on April 2,2022.
20 Leron McAdoo, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
21 April 2,2022.
22 Crystal Mercer, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
23 April 2,2022.
24 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
25 Joe Justus,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 19,2022.
26 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
27 Maxine Allen,appointed to serve her first six(6)-year term, said term to expire on April 1, 2025.
28 Cara Boyd-Connors, appointed to serve her first six (6)-year term, said term to expire on April 1,
29 2025.
30 Paula Gray Stitz, reappointed to serve her second six (6)-year term, said term to expire on April 1,
31 2025.
32 MIDTOWN REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 ADVISORY BOARD:
33 Kirk Meyers, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Residential Representative term, said
34 term to expire on March 31,2022.
