A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
LASITER CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE STEPHENS &
BASELINE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SIDEWALK
PROJECT
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of the Stephens and Baseline
Elementary School Sidewalk Project,
AND, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Lasiter Construction, Inc. for construction of the Stephens & Baseline Elementary School
Sidewalk Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in accounts 318 -
220 -SW08 and 318 - 220 -SW02. Amount for construction services: $185,561.62
($204,117.78 plus 10% contingencies).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
