A parcel of land being a part of the SE1 /4 of the NE1 /4 of Section 20 and part of
the SWIM of the NW1 /4 of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 13 West in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Quarter Section Corner between Sections 20 and 21 in
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, thence North 01 degrees 19 minutes 02
seconds East on the Section Line between Sections 20 and 21 a distance of 338.95
feet to a point in said Line, said point being the point of beginning; thence leaving
said line North 46 degrees 34 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 65.00 feet to a
point; thence North 37 degrees 39 minutes 08 seconds West a distance of 191.03
feet to a point; thence North 53 degrees 29 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of
