questions after reading please let me know. I have included two
documents the Petition and the Judge’s Order which are fill in the black
word documents for you to use if you wish.
When you get to filing with the City I will need a cover letter
requesting annexation and the services you wish to receive; a copy of
the filed petition; copy of the filed Judge’s Order; and a Plat (map
with legal); as well as the filing fee. Again let me know if you have
any question or think you need any additional information.
