ORDINANCE NO?U iff.3CO,AR FEE$20.00 3 ;-1"- "AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF 4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF 5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. - 6 7 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 8 ARKANSAS. 9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 10 indicated: 11 Z-9373: Described as a Tract of land in Section 36,T-2-N,R-14-W,Pulaski County, 12 Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the 13 northwest corner of Lot 9R,Tract 5, Chenal Valley, an addition to the City of Little 14 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence S32°10'39"E, a distance of 1,405.64 feet to 15 a point on the northerly right-of-way line of La Grande Drive; thence along said 16 northerly right-of-way line the following courses: (1) Along the arc of 370.00-foot 17 radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of N74°49'30"W, 18 397.53 feet; (2) N42°19'53"W, 176.95 feet; (3) Along the arc of a 480.00-foot radius 19 curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of N58°58'09"W, 274.87 feet; 20 (4) N75°36'24"W, 164.70 feet; (5) Along the arc of a 38.00-foot radius curve to the 21 right, having a chord bearing and distance of N34°21'33"W, 50.11 feet to the 22 easterly right-of-way line of Rahling Road; thence along said easterly right-of-way 23 line N06°53'18"E, a distance of 260.67 feet; thence continue along said easterly 24 right-of-may line following the arc of a 1,377.39-foot radius curve to the right, 25 having a chord bearing and distance of N17°13'26"E, 494.24 feet to the Point of 26 Beginning. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 30 Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 31 affect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof. 32 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 33 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 34 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of 2] 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 Section 4. Repealer.
