A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
TOWNSHIP BUILDERS, INC., FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF 28TH ST. (COMMERCE TO
CUMBERLAND) & 29TH ST. (FULTON TO IZARD)
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the reconstruction of 28th (Commerce to
Cumberland) & 291h St. (Fulton to Izard),
AND, Township Builders, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Township Builders, Inc. for Street Reconstruction Improvements to 28th (Commerce to
Cumberland) & 29th St. (Fulton to Izard),
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account 314-220 -
SR04 & 314- 220 -SR05. Amount for construction services: 245,076.70 ($222,797.00 plus
10% contingencies).
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
