A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO
LASITER CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF PAMELA DRIVE
DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, Bids were solicited for the construction of Pamela Drive Drainage Project
AND, Lasiter Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Lasiter
Construction, Inc. for construction of Pamela Drive Drainage Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for the project is available from the 2004 Bond in account 315 -
220 -DP05. Amount for construction services: $103,169.00 ($93,790.00 plus 10%
contingencies)
SECTION 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
adoption.
