Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 180 acres plus or minus in size along the north
side of Kanis Road (between Kanis and Denny Roads), west of Iron Horse Road. (The area is
generally in the 19600 through 21200 blocks of Kanis Road.) The area is currently zoned R -2
Single Family and wooded undeveloped land. If there are no issues or concerns with this
