Comes the petitioners, the undersigned property owners, and state that they are
the owners of land included within the boundaries of the property hereinafter described
and proposed to be annexed and respectfully petition the Court that said lands hereinafter
described be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and in
support of said petition state:

COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID SW1 /4 NW1 /4; THENCE
N01 018'33 "E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 6, A DISTANCE OF
1165.00 FEET; THENCE S89 104'21 "E, A DISTANCE OF 382.20 FEET; THENCE
S00 059'17 "W, A DISTANCE OF 465.00 FEET; THENCE N89 004'15 "W, A DISTANCE
OF 46.09 FEET; THENCE S01 139'12 "W, A DISTANCE OF 700.00 FEET TO THE
SOUTH LINE OF THE SAID SW1 /4 NW1 /4; THENCE N89 104'40 "W, ALONG SAID
SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 334.51 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

2. That attached hereto and made a part hereof is an accurate map, which reflects
the bounds of all land sought to be annexed to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
3. That the land described above and sought to be annexed to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, is contiguous to and adjoins an already established
boundary of the City of Little Rock as is shown on the map above referred to; that the
above property is all urban in nature, and is suitable for use and zoned for residential and
other urban usage and purposes. That said area sought to be annexed constitutes a
material, logical and reasonable extension to the city limits of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
4. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Shall extend the following services
within three (3)years after annexation becomes final:
a. Police protection and assistance
b. Fire protection and assistance
c. Street/Road Maintenance
d. Allow connection to Water and Wastewater systems
e. Sanitation and Trash Pick -up services
f. Code enforcement services
5. Petitioners constitute a majority of the total number of real estate owners in the
area affected by this petition (the lands described above) and petitioners own more than
one -half (1/2) of the acreage affected.
6. This Petition may be circulated in any number of identical counterparts. All of
said counterparts shall be taken and construed as but one Petition. "Petitioners" shall
mean the aggregate of all persons signing any of said counterparts.

Petition so that notice of such hearing may be given as required by law, and that upon
such hearing this Court enter its order annexing the area and territory described in this
Petition to the incorporated limits of the City of Little Rock, and for all other relief as the
Court deems just and proper.

described in the caption hereof and hereinafter described, the original of said written
petition for annexation being presented to the Court by Thundercloud LLC who is named
in said petition as the person authorized to act in behalf of the petitioners; and after
hearing said verified petition, viewing the signatures thereto, and hearing the testimony of
witnesses taken orally before the Court in support of said petition, it is established to the
satisfaction of the Court: that said petition for annexation was presented to this Court on

place appointed for the hearing thereof in all things as provided by law as more fully
appears from the proof of publication of said notice heretofore duly filed with the Clerk
of this Court in this proceeding; that the area described in said petition and notice and
hereinafter described is contiguous to and adjoining the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
that said petition has been signed by a majority of the total number of real estate owners
in said area proposed to be annexed, the signers of said petition being the sole and
absolute owners of the fee simple title to more than one -half of the acreage in the area
proposed to be annexed and hereinafter described; that the requirements for signatures on
said petition under the laws of the State of Arkansas have been fully complied with; that
the limits of the area proposed to be annexed have been accurately described in both said
petition and said notice; that an accurate map of said area proposed to be annexed plainly
showing the limits thereof has been made, is attached to, and was filed with said petition;
that the allegations of said petition for annexation are sustained by the proof; that the
prayer of said petition is right and proper, that this Court has jurisdiction of this matter,
and the Court being satisfied of all of the foregoing doth find that said petition should be,
and the same is hereby, granted.

RE: City of Little Rock Annexation Coordination Requirement
Mr. Dale,
Thank you for coordinating with our office as you seek to annex property into the City of
Little Rock, AR to be known as Revel Cove located in Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 13
West. This letter represents confirmation that you have properly coordinated with our office
(Arkansas GIS Office) as specified in § 14 -40 -101 (Act 914 of 2015) of the 90th General
Assembly.
Our office will wait completion of any additional steps necessary for the proposed
boundary change, which normally comes from the Arkansas Secretary of State Elections
Division after any appropriate filing by your County Clerk.
