17" W, a distance of 465.00 feet; Thence N 89° 04' 15" W, a distance of
46.09 feet; Thence S 01' 39' 12" W, a distance of 700.00 feet to the south
line of the said SW 1 /4 NW 1 /4; Thence N 89° 04'40 "W, along said
south line, a distance of 334.51 feet to the point of beginning, containing
9.5028 acres, more or less.
