The full legal description has been left out of the order. Please amend it to include the full legal description. Additionally, the county has found a way to work with this annexation statute so that Pulaski County policy can be met. Therefore, please amend the proposed city ordinance and the court order to reflect the inclusion in the legal description, "and all adjacent and abutting streets and rights -of- way." This way your proposal can meet the statute standard regarding 100% ownership representation when presenting the petition to the court and the streets and right -of -way can subsequently be included in the city's ordinance and the final court order thereby creating an more efficient and uniform boundary.
