I was able to confirm that it is contiguous to the city and that the legal description in the survey matches the intent of the diagram. Please see the attached coordination letter and map. In speaking with Walter Malone in the CLR Planning Department, this property is still in Pulaski County, but appears to be contiguous to the City of Little Rock limits. He informed me that I need to make an application for annexation, but I first must acquire a letter from AGIO certifying that it is contiguous. Is this something you can assist with?
