Assessor's deadline under the 15 day period is tomorrow. Since the Clerk has already provided their cert. of verification, I don't know that the assessor's is required. I'll follow up with the Assessor's officetomorrow and get it in front of the Judge. Adam Sounds like we are close. We do not write the ordinance until it goes to the Board of Director's. Would you be the one to amend the city ordinance and AGIO would amend the court order? They are requesting a copy of the City Ordinance, to review. Who prepares this, and where can we get a copy to give them? Thanks for all your help. Brian Dale, P.E. You do not need to attend anything until the public hearing (October 26). If you would like to provide more information you can do that at any time. However, we really want it in the first three weeks (which ends on Friday). The Staff write -up will be mailed to you a week before the meeting just like all other items. If you would like to meet to discuss the application just let me know, but it is not required. If an issue develops that raises a concern or issue that we believe you should respond to prior to the public hearing we will contact you and request that information. Thanks Walter Scott M.
