Dear Mr. Daters:
After further discussions with City Administration, the City of Little Rock is going to
hold all large annexation requests until there is at least a draft report for the current Extra -
Territorial Cost of Services contract. This means that your item, Deltic- Polatch Kanis
Road Annexation, will not be heard by the Little Rock Planning Commission at their July
12, 2018 hearing.
Staff will remove the item (as proposed in my letter of June 8) and place it on a
Commission agenda later this fall. Since your application will not be heard for several
months if you would like a refund of your filing fee please let me know. I will send you
correspondence of the time and date of that hearing. If you have any questions, feel free
