Dear Mr. Daters:
Your application for annexation has been received by our office and placed on the June
28, 2018 Planning Commission Hearing. This hearing starts at 4:00 PM and takes place
in the City Board Chambers, second floor City Hall, 500 West Markham. Please find
enclosed your receipt for the filing fee.
The City shall be contacting both outside and internal agencies for comment on the
proposed annexation. These comments will be included in the materials presented to the
Little Rock Planning Commission in June. If you have additional information, which you
wish the City to include in our review and analysis of your request, please forward it to us
as soon as possible.
At the hearing not only will you have the opportunity to explain your request for
annexation, but also others will have the opportunity to give reasons why the City should
or should not accept this annexation.
After the Planning Commission meeting you will receive correspondence on the next step
