Dear Mr. Daters:
Staff needs additional time to review your requested annexation, therefore your request
will be deferred to the July 12, 2018 Planning Commission Hearing. This hearing starts
at 4:00 PM and takes place in the City Board Chambers, second floor City Hall, 500 West
Markham.
As I noted via email on June 6 and again on June 8, Staff is requesting from the
applicant: When the development of the land might begin (first homes built); the
proposed density of the development; where access to the development will be taken; and
a projection for buildout by the applicant (number of years).
After the Planning Commission meeting you will receive correspondence on the next step
in the City's review process. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (501)
