• All property owners were notified of the annexation via mail by the County Clerk
• Title Company has verified list of owners for the area. A majority of the owners have signed the
petition by both land area and percentage of the owners.
• Revised map with adjacent right -of -way must be submitted to the county
• Amended legal with right -of -row (boundary)
• After the county has received the corrected map, the Judge will sign Order
CLR needs — amended legal, map and Judge's Order for the item to stay on the December 14 Planning
Commission agenda.
