Dear Mr. Dale:
On December 14, 2017, at their regular hearing the Planning Commission
approved your request for annexation (A -331, Copper Run Annexation) along
the south side of Pride Valley Road west of Zanzibar Street (16000 -17000 Blocks
of Pride Valley Road) to the City of Little Rock.
This item has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter
is to inform you that the item will be heard at the January 16, 2018 Little Rock
City Board of Directors meeting.
The Board of Directors meets on the second floor of City Hall, 500 West
Markham Street, and starts at 6:00 PM. This is a public meeting, and you are
encouraged to attend. Other interested parties are allowed to speak in favor or
opposition to the annexation. Please be prepared to answer questions if they
arise.
