On Friday, November 17, 2017, comes on for public hearing the petition for annexation
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, of the lands described in the caption hereof and hereinafter
described, the original of said written petition for annexation being presented to the Court by
Don Eilbott, Attorney, who is named in said petition as the person authorized to act in behalf of
the petitioners; and after hearing said verified petition, viewing signatures thereto, and hearing
the testimony of witnesses taken orally before the Court in support of said petition, it is
established to the satisfaction of the Court: that said petition for annexation was presented to this
Court on the 3151 day of August, 2017, and later amended, the final amendment to which was
filed the 15`x' day of November, 2017. On filing of said petition the Court fixed a date of the 17°i
day of November, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the County Judge of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in the Pulaski County Administration Building, Little Rock, Arkansas, as the time and
place for a public hearing on said petition; that said petition was duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and since being filed it has continuously been there
kept subject to the inspection of any person or persons interested; that petitioner, and the said
attorney, Don. Eilbott, acting in behalf of the petitioner, caused a notice to be published on
October 26 November 2, and November 9 being once a week for three consecutive weeks in the
Arkansas Democrat Gazette, a newspaper having general circulation in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, containing the substance of said petition and stating the said time and place appointed
for the hearing thereof in all things as provided by law as more fully appears from the proof of
publication of said notice heretofore duly filed with the Clerk of this Court in this proceeding;
that the area described in said petition and hereinafter described is contiguous to and adjoining
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; that said petition has been signed by a majority of the total
number of real estate owners in said area proposed to be annexed, the signers of said petition
being the owners of the fee simple title to more than one -half of the acreage in the area proposed
to be annexed and hereinafter described; that the requirements for signature on said petition
under the laws of the State of Arkansas have been fully complied with; that the limits of the area
proposed to be annexed have been accurately described in said petition; that an accurate map of
said area proposed to be annexed plainly showing the limits thereof has been made, , and was
filed in this matter; that the allegations of said petition for annexation are sustained by the proof;
that the prayer of said petition is right and proper, that this Court has jurisdiction over this
matter, and the Court being satisfied of all of the foregoing doth find that said petition should be,
and the same is hereby, GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that
the following described area, all lying wholly within Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 19 IRIS
SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS;
THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE Oh SAID LOT 15 A DISTANCE,
OF 660 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE
WEST ALONG THE SOUTII LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 445
FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 200 FEET TO A POINT
ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT I; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE
WEST LINE.. OF LOTS 15 89 AND 9, SAID IRIS SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE
OF 1420 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE
EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 16, A DISTANCE OF 645
FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE SOUTH
ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 16, 17 AND 24, SAID IRIS
SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 1980 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SAID LOT 24; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF
SAID LOT 24, A DISTANCE OF 675 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF LOT 23, SAID IRIS SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH ALONG TILE
EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 23, A DISTANCE OF 660 FEET TO THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23; THENCE, WEST ALONG THE
SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, SAID IRIS SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 645
FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 18; THENCE NORTH
ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOTS 18 AND 15, A DISTANCE OF
1320 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 11, SAID IRIS

119 A DISTANCE OF 645 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID
LOT 11; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 11 AND 65
SAID IRIS SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 1320 FEET TO THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE EAST ALONG THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 65 A DISTANCE OF 645 FEET TO THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2, SAID IRIS SUBDIVISION; THENCE
NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 2, A DISTANCE OF 660
FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE EAST
ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOTS 2 AND 1, A DISTANCE OF 1320
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AND ALL ADJOINING, ABUTTING
AND TRAVERSING ROAD AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY.
be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, on the approval of the governing body of said city, as authorized and provided by law.
