Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 98 acres plus or minus in size along the south side
of Pride Valley Road, west of Zanzibar Street. The applicant has filed a Planned Development
for just under 50 acres with 139 single - family homes. There are eight additional tracts with 5
homes within the request area as well as several acres of undeveloped land. If there are no issues
